This Privacy Policy explains how ILARO OÜ ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Roast Coach mobile application (the "App").
The short version: Roast Coach is a fully offline app. It has no accounts, no backend, no analytics, and no ads. It makes no network requests and does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data off your device. Everything the App uses stays on your iPhone.

We do not collect any personal data. Roast Coach does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not send any information to us or to any third party. The App operates entirely offline and makes no network requests during use.
Because we collect nothing, we have no server-side profile of you, no usage records tied to your identity, and nothing to sell, share, or lose in a breach. This is reflected in the App's App Store privacy label: Data Not Collected.
To function, the App processes certain information locally on your device only. This information is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and is not stored beyond what is described below:

For GPS-based activities, iOS will ask your permission to access location. The App requests "When In Use" access and enables background location updates only so it can keep calculating your pace and distance while your screen is locked during an activity. We deliberately do not request "Always" location access.
You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. If you deny location access, GPS-based activities will be limited, but timer-based ("General") activities will still work.
Roast Coach is a one-time paid download. All payment and purchase processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details, and the App itself contains no purchase, subscription, or receipt-validation code.
Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized sales and download statistics through App Store Connect. These reports cannot identify you individually. Your interactions with the App Store are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you choose to leave a rating, the App may show Apple's system review prompt. This is an Apple-managed feature that sends no information to us.
The App contains no third-party SDKs of any kind — no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no tracking, and no social media integrations. Nothing about your use of the App is measured, profiled, or transmitted.
Data protection laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) give you rights over your personal data, including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
Because Roast Coach collects and holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All data used by the App lives only on your device and is fully removed when you delete the App. If you have any questions about your rights, you may contact us at hello@wordica.io, and you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The App is intended for users aged 17 and over, as it contains comedic, sarcastic, and mildly insulting language. It is not directed at children. In any case, the App collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Since no data leaves your device, there is no transmission or server storage to secure. Data stored locally by the App is protected by your device's own operating-system security and encryption. We recommend keeping your device passcode enabled and your iOS version up to date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds a new feature. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If a future version begins collecting any data, we will update this policy and the App's App Store privacy label accordingly before that version ships.
