This Privacy Policy explains how ILARO OÜ ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Lunica: Sleep & Learn mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide directly and information generated automatically when you use the App.
We do not collect precise location data, microphone input, camera access, contacts, or financial payment details (all payments are handled by Apple).

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as described below.
All third-party processors with whom we share personal data are bound by data processing agreements and are required to protect your data in accordance with GDPR.
We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account (see Section 5), we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Aggregate, de-identified usage analytics may be retained longer and cannot be attributed to any individual.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase), and access controls.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
ILARO OÜ is registered in Estonia (European Union). Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States (where Supabase and RevenueCat operate). Such transfers are made using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
The App is intended exclusively for use by adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.
The App offers children's bedtime stories designed for children aged 3–8. However, the account holder and user of the Services is always the parent or adult guardian — not the child. Children do not create accounts, do not log in, and do not directly interact with any account-based features.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account without parental authority, we will promptly delete that account and its associated data. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us at hello@wordica.io.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
